Wow, I actually found myself agreeing with “Grinning” Joe Biden, this truly is a “Historic Day”! On March 23rd 2010, at approximately 11:56 a.m. EST, President Barack Hussein Obama kept his promise to “Fundamentally Change the United States of America”. The United States of America…The United States of America hmm, do you think he knows what “The United States of America” truly is, or at least was? Do you think he knows we are a Republic and not a Democracy or Oligarchy? The bill this man signed today was a giant leap towards a Socialist Oligarchy. Do you know who is going to insure that those who do not have Health Insurance buy it? The I.R.S. (I wonder if they will start wearing brown shirts?)! Don’t we just love those folks? Billions of dollars have been set aside to hire new agents to ENFORCE the new mandates. How many of you have dealt with the tax code? I mean think about this; if you make a certain amount you get put into a pool to receive “Free Health Care”, make a penny more…you have to buy health insurance and if you don’t you will be fined (do you think the audit rate is about to go way up?)! Folks, this is the Historic Day that our Republic was severely wounded yet again by progressive ideas. It is our responsibility to protect that which our founders gave us, which our ancestors fought and died for, which so many from around the World have fled to for a chance to thrive and to escape that which we are slowly becoming under these Progressive Socialists.
I don’t want to spend too much time on a battle lost because we need to look forward and be prepared for the battle’s to come. I am hoping that many more Americans have awakened because of this bill’s passage. We have many more fights ahead. The next battles are going to be “Financial Reform” legislation, “Immigration Reform”, and “Cap and Trade”.
The “Financial Reform” legislation, although not in bill form yet, could possibly give even more power to the Government to decide who is “Too Big to Fail” and those that are too insignificant to succeed. The Government has been regulating much of our economy for many years and look where that got us. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, The Fed, and the SEC were all put in place to prevent what happened to us. In case you didn’t notice, they failed miserably! This is sounding like another “Power Grab” from these arrogant bastages!
Did you know that the “Health Care Bill” includes comprehensive computerized patient information, courtesy of G.E.? All your medical info on all Health Care computers! Now, I know I was going to get off that subject but, The “Immigration Reform” bill wants us to have a National I.D. card. This is supposed to be used to stop the illegal immigration into our country however, when have politicians ever been serious about stopping illegal immigration? Not to sound like a conspiracy theorist but, if my Health Care records are on a computer, where is my National I.D. info going to be? Yep, on a computer. It’s a good thing our computers are safe from hackers from say like, oh, I don’t know, let’s say China. It’s also a good thing identity theft isn’t a problem either.
Now the “Cap and Trade” bill may never be written, they seem to be holding off on the whole thing, the operative word being “seem”. Don’t be fooled by anything these politicians say. Like little children (sorry kids) they will whine, cry, kick, scream, and try to get what they want in more ways than one. If they can’t get it one way they will break it up and put parts of it into other bills that will pass. And as we have seen, they will hold up a vote until they are sure they can pass it. They will bribe those who can give them the votes they need. They will twist arms and even threaten others to get what they want. It’s a good thing we elect people with integrity.
People, we are in very historic times! We are in the middle of a battle to preserve the Republic of The United States of America! We are in a war, not fought with guns and bombs but with ideas and votes. A war who’s outcome will determine how much freedom our children and grandchildren will enjoy or not. What are you prepared to do to win this war? Let others fight for you? What will you tell your kids and grand-kids you did? This is it folks, you must decide what America you want! If you want to fight stay informed, read, educate others, let your Senators and Representatives know where you stand, run for offices, elect those who share your values, SPEAK OUT!!!

The Job of Screwing Over the American People
“We will finish the job”. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D – Nev.
I’m going to keep this short and to the point. Harry Reid said they will finish the job, the job of screwing over the American people. Every day, more and more people don’t like what they hear or smell from this healthcare fiasco. I hear the Democratic leaders as well as President Obama, are pushing for a vote by early next week. Why so soon, you ask? After next week, Congress goes on a recess and members return to their home states. The Obama Administration knows that if members return home to face their constituency, it is doubtful that when they return to Washington, they will vote in favor of any healthcare bill. So, the motive for passing a bill before they return home, albeit political suicide is paramount for the Administration. Oh and par for the course, no one seems to know what’s in this latest bill. Apparently, President Obama is keeping details of his bill close to his chest. I wonder then, when I hear House and Senate Democrats touting this healthcare reform bill and why it must be passed now, if they even know what’s in this bill. Damn, can you imagine the press conference, Reporter: “Senator, what’s in this latest healthcare bill”? Senator: “I don’t have a clue… but we must pass this bill for the millions of Americans without healthcare coverage”. This is who is supposed to be representing us? This is the crap we pay for? I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again. People, pick up the phone and call your Senators and Congressperson. Let them know we don’t want this healthcare bill passed. Let’s not allow Harry Reid & company to finish the job.
Immigration Reform
Mike and I are starting to hear of Immigration Reform starting to pick up some steam. Apparently, President Obama has chosen Senators Chuck Schumer(D-NY) and Lindsey Graham(R-S.C.) to begin pushing to give amnesty to over ten million illegal immigrants in America, “thus turning them into competitive workers and voters”, according to press releases. Surprised? I hope not because we knew it was always just under the radar and yes, the President wants an Immigration Bill passed before November. Hmm… I wonder if this is a coincidence? More to come on this. If anyone else has more information on this, please share it with us.

The American Aristocracy

Well, I just completed the “Career Politicians” page for our V.T.B.O. Project and let me tell you something, I was very amazed at how many politicians have been in office over 18 years. Let me ask you, how does someone represent the people if they have been in Washington D.C. longer than the youngest voters have been alive? How cozy do you think a politician can get with a lobbyist after 12 years, 14 years, 18 years, or even 56 years? I Mean Come On! Really?
Our forefathers founded a Republic of the People, by the People, and for the People not an Oligarchy where a small elite hold power until death. We seem to have an “American Aristocracy” running our Congress. Out of 535 members 234 of them have been there over 14 years, 108 of them over 20 years, and 2 of them over 50 years!
Although U.S. Presidents are very powerful people, it is Congress that approves spending; it is Congress that approves taxes. A President can ask for all sorts of stuff but it is the Congress that holds the purse strings and enacts the laws. So, knowing this and knowing the state we are in, why do we continue to elect these “American Aristocrats”?
Have you ever noticed how hard these politicians work around election time to get your vote? Ever notice the “Pork Barrel” spending goes way up in an election years so politicians can “Bring Home the Bacon” to their constituency? Then there are those that win re-election because the electorate is just too lazy to educate themselves and just vote for the incumbent or for the name they recognize, this is done far too often.
We need a 28th Amendment to the Constitution to limit the terms of Congressmen and women to 2 terms (12 years) for Senators and 4 to 6 terms (8 to 12 years) for Representatives. If the “Most Powerful Position in the World”, our President, is limited to 8 Years, why can’t we limit the rest of these scoundrels?
On February 26 the Washington Post, and subsequently on March 2nd in the New York Times, there were articles about a new movement, a “purely grassroots” movement, “independent of any party”, the name? The Coffee Party. This “purely grassroots” movement was started by Annabel Park. Ms. Park is a former New York Times Strategy Analyst, Producer of “9500 Liberty” (a pro-illegal immigration film), and was the National Coordinator for the admirable “121 Coalition” that, alongside Amnesty International, was asking Japan to apologize for the “Comfort Brides” their soldiers raped during W.W.II. She is also a Co-Director for the “United for Obama” video, an officer of the “Virginia Korean-Americans for Obama”, and is listed as a contact for “Real Virginians for Webb”. Now by reading the articles one would not know these tid-bits but instead would see Ms. Park as an “accidental founder” of Coffee Party U.S.A., “independent of any party”. The N.Y. Times article even quotes Park as saying; “We’re not opposite of the Tea-Party…in the end we may want some of the same things”. Don’t You Believe It! Ms. Park uses the Wacko-Liberal term “Tea-Baggers” phrase more often than not when referring to us. A quick check of her website shows they are planning counter demonstrations at as many Tea Parties as possible this year. Folks, we need to be prepared for this. We need to be educated with the truth and able to lay out our case calmly and peacefully (o.k., those of you that know me, quit laughing now). I believe that the mainstream media is going to compare and contrast between these two groups with an obvious bias toward the Coffee Party (as shown by the aforementioned articles).
I’ve been told about a show that had interviewed Tea-Partiers asking them about what new taxes they were paying and / or protesting. Of course, the show only aired the footage of those who couldn’t answer. My question to you is; could you answer their question? We are going to have to be more informed, all of us. Why are you protesting? What are you protesting? Why do you hate Barack Obama? These are all potential questions you may be asked, do you know the answers? The answers may be different for each of you because some of you are 1-issue voters, which is fine but know where you stand and why.
I was going to leave it at that but I know many of you want to know if I can answer the questions and I can…for me.
◊ Q: What new taxes are you paying and or protesting?
◊ A: I am receiving a bit less on my taxes this year but that aside, I am protesting the taxes that will be placed on my children and grand-children to pay for the excessive spending of today’s government.
◊ Q: Why are you protesting?
◊ A: I am protesting because our leaders over the past 100 years have driven us so far away from the Constitution, that they were suppose to protect and defend, our Forefathers would not recognize the country they founded.
◊ Q: What are you protesting?
◊ A: See last two answers.
◊ Q: Why do you hate Barack Obama?
◊ A: I do not hate Barack Obama. I hate his policies, I hate his ideology, I hate the direction he is taking my Country, and I hate the burden he is putting on our children and their children with the massive spending he wants to do.
These are simple answers I frequently use however, I am aware people who ask these questions of us usually probe deeper into our answers and we need to be prepared for that also.

Arrogance At It’s Best
“We’re moving on many fronts, any front we have”, “if we go through the gate and the gate’s closed, we’ll go over the fence. If the fence is too high, we’ll pole vault in If that doesn’t work we’ll parachute in. we’re going to get health care reform passed for the American people ” Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi.
The president promised transparency leading up to the televised health care summit, he is making good on his promise. We can see right through this P.R crap. We can see how he is setting up the Republicans, knowing that they will never go for his so called compromises. What I see playing out is for the Republicans to turn down the President’s compromise, even attack it. He in turn will probably hold some primetime speech to the nation, declaring how “the party of no” are the bad guys. He will say how this was a bipartisan summit and he has tried to work with Republicans for the betterment of the country. He will say unfortunathy republicans don’t want you to have healthcare. So for the good of the nation, The Democrats will pass this bill without Republican input. Political deflection 101. Put up a front, make it seem you want input from both sides, then go out and tell people that it’s the other parties’ fault that no agreement was reached.
That’s what I had written for this newsletter on Tuesday of this week. As if today it looks like some of my predictions are coming true. The summit hadn’t been over for a few hours and the finger pointing had started. This was the administrations agenda all along.
Remember folks, Mike and I, as well as others have been saying all along that if something stalls or people start speaking out against the agenda, they will repackage and resell it to the people “for their own good” if this isn’t arrogance at it’s best, I don’t know what is. You read what Nancy Pelosi said at the beginning of this newsletter; their agenda is all that matters and if you leave it up to them, a few rabble-rousers and outspoken people who don’t really understand what’s going on will not stop them. If this weren’t so serious, it would be comical. This new healthcare bill, unveiled by president Obama this week is practically the same bill that came out of the senate In December. Don’t be fooled!!! Enough already, I’m sick of it. Transparency, yeah well I think we all see clearly now. People, start hitting those phones. Call your Senators and let them know you do not want this bill passed. We have to stop this train wreck before it happens. All indications are that the democratic leaders are going to ram this bill through.
A politician is still a politician. Heard that before, you’ve heard it again. Can someone please tell me what’s up with Scott Brown? The same Scott Brown who many felt was the Republican parties’ wet dream, when he was elected last month in Mass. Looks like he voted with the Democrats to block Republican filibuster over the jobs bill. I haven’t fully looked into this in detail so if someone knows anything please let me know. Folks I’ll tell ya, the deeper we dig, the more we find. You know what? Lets just get rid of all of them. Republicans and Democrats alike. Instead of starting over with the healthcare bill, lets start over with newly elected government. Stay tuned to this healthcare summit fallout, more to come I’m sure.
